Shelby Mustang 950bhp tuned model oh its a beast!

Shelby division love making the Mustang powerful and this one is tuned to the max

Shelby have managed to put 950bhp in this Mustang which would make American loving muscle car weep with delight this car is a very special car the reason it is 50 years that  Carroll Shelby premiered the Corba back in New York Motorshow in 62.

Shelby since 67 have created there own version of a Ford Mustang by leaving the outta body they have taken it away and managed to beef up the car the last one called ‘Super Snake’ managed to hit out 800bhp (yes from a 5.4L engine) This one had to be very special

Shelby and his team took GT500 Mustang, stripped its 5.4-litre Ford V8 down to the block and gave it some serious muscle they improved the head was flowed, the cooling was revamped and the exhaust was upgraded, and there’s now a choice of either a Kenne Bell 3.6-litre or Whipple 4.0-litre supercharger on offer

The street version hits out at 950BHP but they have made a race version called S/C 1000 track version offers up 1100bhp yes faster than Bugatti Veyron (if it was let out on our streets) driveshaft is now stronger and suspension is all new meaning it can go full wack when you are bobbling along out on US circuits

Carroll Shelby says “For our return to the New York auto show,I wanted something just as incredible that will show how far we’ve come and where we’re headed for the next 50 years.”

The 50th Version is on sale for $250,000 (£125k UK cash) and 50 will ever be made
